The film "Emili" written and directed by Ajola Daja, portrays a relationship of domestic violence, seen through the eyes of two women in the household. The film brings to the screen a well-known cast of Albanian actors, including Arta Dobroshi in the role of Emili, Luiza Xhuvani as her mother- in-law, and Lulzim Zeqja as the abusive husband. The film was financially supported by the Albanian National Film Center, with post-production handled by AM-Production.
